We, here include the organization itself, the conference secretariat, international liaisons and any individuals or parties related to RSF.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">RSF does not issue<\/span>\u00a0organization registration letter, letter of guarantee, schedule of staying letter, local sponsor letter, and governmental format invitation letter, but\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">provides only Letter of Acceptance issued by the Conference Committee Board.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\">You may be required to submit a letter of guarantee to the embassy. Here RFS would like to emphasize the difference between a letter of acceptance and a letter of guarantee.<\/p><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Letter of Acceptance:<\/span><br \/>A Letter of Acceptance is a proof that your abstract\/paper submission and registration application are accepted and invited by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.<\/p><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Letter of Guarantee:<\/span><br \/>A Letter of Guarantee is an individual\/party who agrees to be legally and financially responsible for your staying during your visit in the country you\u2019re going to.
